About Me
In 2018, I, Jill Cnudde, started what would become a hobby that got out of hand: Bikinibody. At the time, I was a full-time real estate agent and had a small online store on the side called 'The Girl Next Door' selling bikinis and swimsuits.
That year everything changed. I met my boyfriend (now my husband), and like many new relationships, it involved a lot of cozy dinners, drinks, and movie nights—with fries and M&Ms. The result? My scale shot up and my energy level plummeted. I was living from sugar rush to sugar rush, and had to start every morning with coffee to get through the day. ANYTHING but healthy!
The search for a healthy reset
I knew something had to change and I started looking for the most natural way to cleanse my body. I was inspired by books like 'The Medical Medium', podcasts by Gary Brecka, and documentaries like 'The Truth About Cancer'. I also looked at modern diets like the Kardashians.
That’s how I discovered juice cleanses, which give your body a break from processed foods and help the body’s natural process of autophagy—the process of clearing out and renewing old cells. But when I looked at the juices on the market, I found mostly sugar bombs instead of nutritious vegetable juices. And most of them were cold-pressed, while slow-juiced juice preserves far more nutrients.
From hobby to full-time job
I decided to make my own juices. The result? I lost weight, but more importantly, I got my energy and glow back! I shared my results with my then 2000 followers on my personal profile, and within an hour 70 people asked if I could make those juices for them too.
At that time I was a real estate agent and I didn't have time for a new venture. But my friend encouraged me: "If you get so many requests, you should do this!" So I went for it. Every free moment I made juices and croquettes all over Belgium in my Fiat 500 to deliver orders.
Bikini body becomes bbody
Soon the range expanded. Our second product, Teatox 21, became a huge hit, and in no time there were lines outside the door. My passion for health and natural supplements grew by the day, and I focused on the highest quality products, always natural and uniquely composed.
But the brand evolved. “Bikinibody” didn’t feel right anymore, because I believe everyone has a bikini body. You don’t have to be a size zero to feel good in a bikini. So Bikinibody was rebranded as bbody—a name that can be used more broadly than our motto, “ Everybody is a bikinibody! As long as you are healthy and happy.”
A new chapter
During this adventure I got the best news: I was pregnant! I also started over, with 23 extra kilos. With my own program I found my energy again and after 21 days I fit into my favorite skinny jeans again. I embraced my new role as a healthy, fit mom and found my self-confidence again.
